MR. MURISIKU ONIKOYI
HEAD, PLANNING UNIT

Mr. Onikoyi Murisiku Adisa is an indigene of Lagos State from the royal family of Lakaba. He had his primary education at Adeosodi Primary School and his Secondary education at Methodist Boys High School, Broad Street, Lagos. He later proceeded to Lagos State University (LASU) for his tertiary education, where he bagged a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
His sojourn in the service of the State began in 2001, where he was appointed as Inspector of tax, he moved through the ranks to become a senior tax officer. He was later re-designated as planning Officer to Surveyor General’s Office between 2011 and 2014.He was further deployed to the Ministry of Environment and Drainage Services as the Head of the Planning Unit between March 2014 and October 2016. Statewide deployment took him to the Cabinet Office where he spent 5 years. He was later deployed back to Ministry of Environment and Drainage Services as the Head of Planning Unit. He is currently the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) at the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau.
Mr. Onikoyi is very vast in tax matters, having garnered the experience while he was with Lagos Internal Revenue Service. He also has a blood knowledge of Land administration and documentation, having worked in the Office of Surveyor General.
He is happily married and blessed with children.
